At Tube Fab we are experts at CNC Swiss
machining. This process allows us to efficiently manufacture high
quality, close-tolerance parts in a wide variety of materials. We
can produce prototype, small and large production quantities. By
utilizing our multi-function tooling, we are able to produce
finished parts in one operation. Top quality parts are made faster

Our Citizen swiss-type machines are currently
the most technologically advanced means of producing screw machined
parts. This equipment provides top quality, efficient production.
The versatility of the swiss-type turning allows us to meet
specifications from the simplest to the most complex part in small
or large quantities. These machines are so versatile that they have
up to 17 tools (four of them live) and seven programmable axes.
Our cutting-edge technology fosters minimum
machining time, quick set-up and precise tolerances that eliminate
secondary operations.
And, in addition to producing screw machine
parts, we are expert tube fabricators. This makes
us uniquely suited to incorporate your machined parts with
fabricated tubes.
