Tube Fab / Roman's Machining Division, Arrowhead
Industries, utilizes Citizen, Swiss type CNC Machining Centers and
Haas, 5 axis vertical machining centers to
convert 12 foot bars into completed parts, per your specifications.
By eliminating secondary operations we reduce
production costs and provide superior dimensional control part to
part, and lot to lot. In some cases, traditional processes
like Grinding prior to Heat Treat have been eliminated due to the
superior finish and tolerances these machines provide.

In addition, we can offer flash
hiders, compensators, muzzle breaks, bipod legs, as well as shotgun
choke tubes.
We offer Turning, Drilling, Cross Milling, Face
Milling, Off Center Drilling, ID/OD Threading, Knurling, and
Broaching.
Typical production run quantities range from
1,000 to 15,000 pieces.
Major diameters up to 32mm, (1.260") and lengths
up to 660mm, (26.00").
Current materials we are working with include
8740, 8620, 17-4 PH Stainless, 304 Stainless, Titanium, 6061 T6
Aluminum, as well as 12L14.
Contracted outside services including Grinding,
Heat Treat, and Coatings such as Manganese Phosphate or Black Oxide.
Our Quality System is ISO 9000:2000 Certified.
We are accustomed to providing PPAP submissions, FEMA's and other
forms of Quality documentation.
Due to the proprietary designs of our customers,
please provide a print for your requirement. If this is not
available, our engineers can work with you to design a part to meet
your application requirements.
